The ALCAT delayed food hypersensitivity blood test allows us to determine what are the most helpful and harmful foods you eat. Using the latest technology, the ALCAT test introduces live white cells from your blood into several different foods to measure how immune-reactive your cells are once they come in contact with a particularfood item. The ALCAT test allows us to specifically regulate which foods your body is reactive to, and which foods are most beneficial. The test results are reported on a simple 4-column chart form that is easy to interpret and explain to the patient.

After testing numerous patients, our office learned that when patients ate only those foods that were safe and beneficial for their consumption and avoided the foods that they were reactive and sensitive too, their immune system became sluggish and health problems caused by these previously unknown sensitivities often disappeared, as if by magic. More importantly was the discovery that patients who avoided their reactive foods for three to six months could experience a complete elimination of reactive foods from their immune memory. After which, these foods could be reintroduced into the diet without fear of an immune reaction. In essence, we have the ability to help reset each patient’s food sensitivity level back to zero.
